Simple,
Stable, Complete, Effective and Efficient
The US AutoFlow NU-4750 offers laboratory technicians
an incubator which virtually runs itself to dependably
control the temperature and CO2 level. A solid-state
single gas analyzer, with 32-bit digital accuracy,
utilizes a filter correlation technique for non-dispersive
infrared analysis of CO2. The measurement of CO2
is independent of humidity and temperature variations
within the chamber.
Programmable Microcontroller Dependability
The US AutoFlow is run by a programmable microcontroller
that samples input sensors, sets control outputs,
makes corrections through the use of fuzzy logic,
and displays status on the control panel. Ultra
Smart (US) "Fuzzy Logic" provides
quick, accurate, adaptive control of all the
incubator parameters: chamber temperature, CO2,
O2, humidity and door temperature. Fuzzy logic
tolerates environmental changes and component
variation. It continually adjusts and improves
to provide a "living", exceptionally
stable chamber environment.
Relative Humidity Display and Control
The US AutoFlow NU-4850 has a relative humidity
display and control system. The system controls
from ambient to 95% relative humidity. The recovery
time to 95% ± 2% is typically less than
10 minutes. The accuracy is ± 3% from
any given set point.

HEPA Filtration System
The US AutoFlow employs two separate capsule HEPA
filters to minimize potential contamination problems
within the chamber. After a door opening, the
internal recirculation system will return the
chamber to better than Class 100 air quality within
30 minutes.
Oxygen Display and Control
The US AutoFlow NU-4950 has a O2 display and
control system. The system controls from 21%
[ambient level] down to 2%. The recovery time
from ambient to 5% ± 2% is typically
less than 10 minutes. The accuracy is ±
1% from any given set point. The oxygen sensor
is a fuel cell type and is unaffected by CO2,
H2 or other various acidic gases. |
