- Critical Air Flow Control is More Accurate and
Dependable. The microprocessor in the LabGard™
440 senses, displays and controls cabinet Air Flows
maintaining a balance between the supply air system
and the exhaust air system using a pair of dual
thermistor probes, that are individually calibrated
for temperature compensation. One probe monitors
and controls down flow air within the work zone,
while the second probe monitors and displays the
exhaust flow, that, in concert provide an optimum
air flow balance setpoint for the widest possible
performance envelope.
- Digital Display of Down flow and Inflow Air Velocity.
The LabGard™ 440 not only monitors and controls
the Air Flow balance, it provides the user/technician
with a constant digital display for accurate and
immediate information. Should a problem arise, the
microprocessor sounds an audible alarm and flashes
an error message in the display.
