• Report Generation. Standard reports include Empty Positions, Transactions, Storage Reports and more. Mass updating and modification options for specimen and vial information are especially convenient. The on-board ASCII Export Option allows you to download data to your label printer, report writer, spreadsheet, statistics utility or other software/platform.
• Physical Control. Functions such as "Move Specimens" allow you to log large volume transfers from one freezer to another in minutes. An entire box can be moved "as is", keeping all original box locations, or assigning vials to current open or free positions.
• Quick Access To Inventory. Time-consuming searches are reduced to seconds. Exhaustive or large-volume searches are quick and intuitive, whether for viewing or report generation. Samples are easily queried by a multitude of parameters such as specimen ID, storage type, and positive/negative; selection combinations are virtually unlimited through >, <, =, "contains" and more.
